Your information

We store your account name, email, password hash, sponsorship orders, chosen public profile, artwork, support messages and delivery records. Stripe processes card details; we do not store card numbers.

Public and private

Your profile is published only when you choose public visibility, payment is confirmed and the campaign approves it. Private artwork is available only to its owner and campaign operators. Sponsor-link clicks are counted without storing visitor identities.

Email and retention

We use transactional email for account access, payments, refunds, support and delivery. Financial and audit records are retained for campaign administration and required record keeping. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of eligible information.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Temporary artwork previews are private and expire automatically.
