You pay the displayed placement price before claiming it. Stripe confirmation determines ownership. If another checkout claims the same quote first, your payment is fully refunded.

The new sponsor takes the placement. Your refund is the payment less its original processing fee, capped at the amount shown before checkout. Track the breakdown in Manage; your bank may take additional time.

Each successful takeover doubles the next price, capped at USD 100,000. At the cap, the placement stops accepting takeovers.

Takeovers close 19 Sept 2026, 8:00 pm. Artwork locks 21 Sept 2026, 8:00 pm. Both are Melbourne time.

Fixed-price packages are separate from physical placements. Being displaced does not refund or remove a separately purchased package.

Community names form collective artwork with a QR link to the readable sponsor directory. Individually readable logos for every supporter are not promised on the shirt.

Yes. Travel, accommodation, printing, equipment and introductions are welcome proposals. Agree their scope with the campaign before supplying anything.
